Shipping policy

Processing & Lead Times All items are stitched to order in our Jacksonville, Florida studio. Please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number via email once your heirloom is on its way.

Domestic Shipping We offer Free Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) on all domestic orders. Expedited options (USPS Priority / UPS) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping (DAP) We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders are shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). The customer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages Made for This is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
